Roots for DC

You can help bring more trees to Washington, DC’s streets. 8 cities are competing for the largest share of the American Express million-dollar tree-planting grant.

Here’s what you can do. Simply pay with any American Express® Card when you see the ROOT FOR DC tree icon displayed at participating businesses to vote for Washington, DC from Sept 22 – Oct 31, 2008. The city with the most votes gets the most green.

So look for the tree icon and use your Card to vote. It’s that easy to help make a difference.
